The homes in Millenia have all been built within the past 5 years. Being so new, each home is low maintenance with modern designs and finishes.The homes range from 2-4 bedrooms with 2 car attached garages and begin selling in the mid-$600s. The amenities include parks, playgrounds, and an outdoor recreation area.
One of my favorite things about Millenia is the location. Everything is in close proximity to each other. You can hop on the 125 to go to Imperial Beach, Downtown San Diego, or the US-Mexico border. Within walking distance, Millenia Commons and Millenia Place consist of shops, services, and restaurants. On the weekends, you can stop by Otay Ranch Mall to shop or enjoy the community events such as the Farmer’s Market. If you have out of town guests, they can stay at Ayres Hotel, located in Millenia, which is ranked the number 1 hotel in Chula Vista on Tripadvisor.
Chula Vista is one of San Diego’s fastest growing cities. Chula Vista’s goal is to bring the workplace to its residents so they do not have to commute to central San Diego. The Millenia Smart Park is one of the largest development sites in the county. It is a cluster of 3 campus environments which will total up to 1.5m square feet of office and corporate space. This area will be the home to innovation and collaboration among the sciences, research, and technology. So what does this mean for the residents at Millenia? The Millenia community will continue to grow with home values increasing due to the desirability of the area.
